Finally!!! Got the duo DP I was wanting to have 🥳
I had been trying from a long time and quite a few of you are familiar with this problem I'd faced. I'd PMed you a few of you and it wasn't working😭
I tried to change from BITAMP pic to JPG format as visrom suggested and tried uploading. It accepted but upload it said "log in to access" I have Google Chrome.
I was at my wit's end.But determinde to get this done today. So on a hunch tried this:
Logged in via FireFox. Then said update photo. Chose the pic. It said crop. Did it and clicked upload. And it happened.
Only thing is I had to logout of GC first.Then FF. I didn't and when I went on to IF that was still open on GC it said
Denied as you are unauthorized!
So logged in again in a longer route and it worked.
If any body else has a problem with GC, to get the DP of choice use, FF.
