U can upload ur pic on photobucket or imgur..then just copy the link of image ( the one with [IMG] ) nd post it in the quick rply box..ur image will be posted where u want

About in ur signature..go to ur profile..edit..nd from there u can add signature to ur post..with same type of link in signature box..
