SS, a shrewd Takur knows his wife well. He is certain it wasn't an oversight or accidental on SDS's part that she cooked a fish dish for Krishna on Astami (eight day after full moon). As an aside, did anyone notice that Ashmita (who plays SDS) and Ashtami (eight day after full moon) have the same letters😉.😆😃😛
The Takur is sure she is doing this intentionally👍🏼. He reads SDS like a book doesn't he? When
Krishna finds out the truth before he gets Prats back in his life, it's going to
be SDS facing the music and flooding the Niwas. SS will not be accused of
masterminding this plot with his wife. This will be Takurain solo mission which proves SS was right and she is Nir Buddhi after all😛.
For a man who beat the crap out of his wife every chance he got, it is interesting to see KN being affected watching his mother getting slapped around by an irate SS. Kesamma seems indifferent to it all, no signs of concern on her face for her sambandji. That talk down she got from Takurain in the kitchen a while ago when she poked around must have warned her off to lay low for now.
Prats jumps to SDS's defense in front of the family and SS tells her what Krishna has often told his family'''.stay out of the husband-wife matters🤔. Was that flick of SS finger across Krishna's face meant to be a sign for telling him off and supporting his mother?
Krishna coming to his mother's defense with this much
passion is a bit too hard to digest. We've seen him continuing to press GD legs
when SS dunked SDS's hand in boiling milk. Granted he is now becoming more
aware of other relationships besides the one with Prats, but for a man who was
never really bonded with her the way KN and Komal have he is laying it on
pretty thick to show his love for his mother and blindly believing her every
word while he does an outright rejecting of everything Prats has to say at the
moment. A bit too far-fetched😕. He has an "extreme" personality
and goes for all or nothing in everything in his life. Krishna was always a son in SS's shadow and
looked at life through his father's eyes. All in all, that scene painted a picture of the shifting dynamics of the
family that has assembled for dinner.The Takur family will never be the same again. The fallout is going to continue when Kesamma decides to cash in on her "gift" from SS at the opportune moment.
The look that SDS and Prats shoot at each other when SS asked the fish be fed to cats and dogs was priceless👏. SDS realizes the very words she flung in Prats's face about feeding the kheer to cats and dogs boomeranged back to her. There are going to be plenty of bommerangs coming her way in the future. She better brace herself for it. This only seems to fire her up even more. She is not ready to hang her hat up yet, until she has accomplished what she has her heart set on ...to oust Prats out of the Niwas, the family and out of Krishna's mind and hear..a tall order indeed. SDS better pray that when all is said and done, she is not the one who faces Krishna's wrath and alienation for a long time to come. Krishna could choose to walk out of the Niwas and SS will hold SDS accountable for it. Either way she is going to come out the loser in all this, but her hatred for Prats is clouding her judgment at the moment😔.
SS's physical abuse only makes SDS even more driven in her
mission. A constant reminder that Prats
has in her marriage what she, SDS has been deprived of in her marriage to
SS. She even vocalized it finally. The
look she darts at Prats after SS pushes her to the kitchen floor shows the
depth of her revulsion for Prats and her determination to end Krishna's marriage at all costs. What kind of a mother wants her son's marriage to fall apart even if it hurts him?...a very sick one, a narcassistic evil one at that.😡
The rest of the family is asleep but Krishna is wandering looking for his mother? How much has he changed in recent days! He is showing his mother a lot of love after she accepted Prats more as a daughter (so she claims😛) than a bahu. Yet he rejects the very person his mother has finally embraced😲. What a distortion! He never did care much about his mother's pain in the past. SDS take the opportune moment to add another dose of poison to his mind yet again. Only this time she wasn't feeding him a treat while doing it. SDS manages to plant the seeds of doubt in Krishna's mind about Prats's role in public humiliation in front of the family. She explains Prats inadvertently failed to remind her it was Astami while she was preparing the dish. This neuvo-Mamma's boy falls for it hook, line and sinker. Will this experience which could threaten his marriage finally snap him out of his naivete and we see the return of the old Krishna so smart he sees through the faade and realizes the intent and motives in the way his family works?😕
Kriya are on the terrace, their magical place, but today it's a different time, a different mood😕.She voices her distress over SS's abusive treatment of SDS. With the impending threat to her marriage fast approaching, she, for once, decides to voice her feelings and opens up to Krishna. She is concerned that there is plenty going wrong within the walls of the Niwas that is having a bad effect on their marriage as well, creating discord between them. She tells Krishna she has full faith their relationship, that nothing can go wrong with it. This moment will return as a flashback when Krishna starts putting the pieces together. She also voices her fears that there is a danger looming over their marriage. But Krishna is not on the same wavelength with her on the matter.
Krishna thinks he can read Prats's mind'.he accuses "why don't you come out and say my mother is out to destroy our marriage." Well you said it buster! Does she have to repeat it, when deep down you probably already know it's true, but you are just not ready to give it a second thought. He accuses Prats of blaming his mother at every turn after she's just knowingly failed to stop SDS from cooking the fish that day. Prats tries to explain it's untrue, but Krishna's stops her short before she can explain that she knew nothing about SDS's plan to cook fish for him that day.
For once Prats is finally opening up and sharing her concerns and feelings and Krishna as always doesn't want to hear the other side of the story, he has already made up his mind and storms out. Well, actions have consequences Baba! Get ready to face the music when your world crumbles around you compliments of your everloving mother. You have enough practice crawling back to Prats when realization dawns and we've seen it happen on a few occasions. If you want to spice up your marriage there are other ways to do it😉 instead of going the rootna-manana route and it can be every more exciting, trust us.😛
Prats completes her prayer in front of the Goddess. GD is
pleased and halts an outbound Krishna to stay long enough to put sindoor on
Prats's maang. The Krishna who lived in the moment without hanging on the past griefs is long
gone. Looks like he got out on the wrong side of the bed. He grouchily excuses
putting ek chutki sindoor on Prats's forehead😔. He says there is no need for it
as he has already done it at their wedding😲. Did he? We didn't see it! Yo
Krishna! Once is enough? Oh yeah!
Remember that the next time you ask Prats for a cuddle or A chummi, that once
is more than enough. You are the one who's
going to be spending sleepless nights in that large bed without your Babu by
your side. Looks like no one ever told you both "never to go to bed angry with
your spouse".So much more to live and learn.
Takurain turns on the charm at Prats in front of GD and
offers to apply the sindoor. Prats should use that cell phone of hers to record
Takurain's talk for evidence. GD
overrides Prats when she says she'd do it herself. Takurain applies the sindoor
and reminds Prats she has just three days before she's outta there for good. Too
sure of yourself aren't you Takurain? Don't celebrate too soon, for you may write the ticket to your own downfall if you do. How much of your taunting words are you
going to have to feast on one day😛? Takurain in ousting Prats may have inadvertently tipped her hand to Kesamma about how she plays the game given the freeloader a heads up about how to circumvent the queen of the Niwas when she pulls one over her in the future. Takurain didn't learn to keep her enemies closer either.
Sooo, Prats finally realizes she doesn't have the answers to all life's questions. Now, that's a good start👏👍🏼😃. Prats has asked Arusi to meet her at the park for she doesn't want to distress Papa. Keeping Shamu Papa out of the loop? Now that's something different! Prats, do you have to keep tally of the times you've helped your little sister in the past😕? She wants advice from her younger sister, the one who neither understands nor values the sanctity of marriage. On the other hand, Arusi may know SDS's chaalaki mind quite well from her days of living at the Niwas. Is Prats hoping to get some ideas on how to tackle the evil queen of the Niwas? She confesses to Arushi that Takurain has poisoned Krishna's mind against her and she now fears the breakup of her marriage as Krishna refuses to hear her out.
Arusi gives her some decent advice😊. She reminds Prats that Krishna loves her very much and no one can break up their marriage. Prats just needs to be courageous,have faith in Krishna and tell him everything that's happened. Let SDS do as she pleases for she's never going to succeed. More like SDS may out herself as the one behind all the mischief and when it happens she better hope her son doesn't sever all ties with her forever😔.
Prats goes to Arusi for advice😲? Well Komal dragged bahar laundiya Roli and threw her out of GH. And Mithilesh Kumari is nowhere to be seen. What's a girl to do if she has no friends to turn to? But then, during the convo about her college friends Krishna told Prats she didn't need anyone else for he, Krishna was her "all in one"''.friend, lover, husband, etc. Where is that friend today when she tries to talk to him about her deepest fears and concerns about the impending break-up of their marriage due to machinations of some evil forces in their midst? (Translation: The evil queen of Takur Niwas, Mrs. Nir Buddhi Sumitra Devi Singh). Whatever happened to the pride of being there for her for SAAT JANAM + 1, their SAAT PHERES, and the promise to hamesha SAAT DENA? Was all that talk a bunch of hot air in his attempt to win her love that he now can't afford to give her the time of date and hear her out?
Prats should just pack her bags and bid adieu to the Takurs
and start writing those articles. With Adarsh planning to leave the country
Prats could help her parents financially. She's got plenty of material to
write those articles everyday. But who will read them to Krishna? The cook? How will Krishna deal with Prats's decision to earn a living?😕
Y'day Kesamma calls SS a budda which the buzurg didn't choose to ignore. For all we know SDS has been harboring her sauten with them all these months while she is distracted with wanting to throw Prats out of the family. This after seeing Kesamma showing she is not averse to taking advantage of SS's generosity. SDS is writing her own comeuppance with every step she takes in her mission to oust Prats.
Krishna once gloated to KN that in spite of having two wives
neither wanted to live with him. Will
KN return the compliment with a payback comment of his own to Krishna when
Prats is out of the Niwas? Oh, that's going to feel like a scorpion sting to Krishna.
If Komal moves into the Niwas with plenty of free time on her hands will she in her moments of free-for-all patar-patar to an avidly listening Kesamma reveal family secrets such as the plans to barbabue Prats while Krishna was away months ago? Will Krishna be privy to this information that could snap him into action to get to the bottom of it and save his marriage? POPS never do the obvious.
Or will GD realize Takurain's chaalaki game this time after Prats is ousted? Will she recall SDS's recent "acts" of honey-dripping behavior with Prats? Will she add it all up as she remember Prats voicing her concerns about the future of her marriage? Will she talk to Krishna giving him something to think about ''both about Takurain and Prats and what each is really capable of doing to the other? Will she tell him about the attempts on Prats's life? Unless POPS drops the ball on this one, sooner or later Takurain will soon be eating crow for her plans to destroy her son's marriage. He sure is going to get a choke on his mother's brand of mamta.
Y'day Krishna told his buddies T/C to mind their own business when they questioned him out of concern. When the chips were down these two devars stuck by him through thick and thin and this is the thanks they get😲? Is Krishna going to isolate himself from everyone be it friends or family and get his thinking cap on only when Prats is out of the picture? Will he be forced to finally start adding things up to figure out who and how this situation came to be and wherein lies the truth in this fallout? Prats may survive this separation better than Krishna.Or will we begin to see Prats's vulnerabilities surface during the rift in their marriage leading to her transformation? Who do you think will grow more during this rift in their marriage? Who will make the first move towards reconciliation...Krishna or Prats? Make your call!
