That guy is Jethalal. Most of the episodes revolve around him and his family. He has crush on Babita who is Iyer south Indian guy wife. Jetha and Iyer can't stand each other. Bhide is tution teacher who had buyed a cell from Jetha place which got kharab so he complained and Jetha said this fone didn't had warranty. He taunted Jetha alot on this so when the mangoes Bhide selled turned out to be bad he takes out anger on him.
