Misti your comments give insight in to the psyche of the character  and interpretation of their actions...I liked the episode with coming  interesting turns...Mohini does not seems to be shrewd but tries to be one , not in to stupid category as was Dipika...Radhika can be shrewd person in positive way , she has the ability to understand the situations, intelligent and not impulsive, have patience ...After her this confrontation with Dev , should distance herself from him after his outburst and first time physically hurting her ...She does not know him well and his situations, still in her dreamland of KK...This jolt should  bring her out of her cocoon which she has built around KK...You can understand Dev,s reaction to Radhika, Its Dada Ji who must have given him unconditional love  when he was child , must be very closed to him ...He was seen talking to Dada Ji not even to Dai Ma and is possessive about him , when saw Radhika asking about Dada Ji , must have felt threatened...It must have been the last straw for him and anger,  frustration  broke his self control and wanted to hurt her ...In the fit of his anger , lashed at her and physically hurt her ,,,May be thinking that now she will get the massage ...Liked Radhika standing there as a shocked person with hurt and tears filled eyed looking at him and breaking down in her room ...Thank God at last Creatives came back from their dreamland and gave Dev the Much needed Emotional outburst which was need of the hour ...It was his fight with his conscious, which he has suppressed ...Which was very good scene and his confession to himself which he was ignoring ...At least now viewers will get attached to him and feel his pain ...Avinash and Rubina are always excellent whenever they are in confrontation with emotionally charged scene ...Hope Creatives will go through the Feedback and understand the viewers reaction ...Was reading your Tom and Jerry , always found Tom , trying to be smart but always falls in to the trap laid by Jerry ...Love Tom when  his plans fail and with Bechara look in his face and Jerry with smiling face ...Again Tom ready to nail him  and so on ...

Mohini is not shrewd...she picks up things that others don't see and also says whats in her mind...sometimes sugarcoats it and sometimes tells it bluntly. Usually people don't pay attention to her because they think that she is silly. Among the people in the Purohit family it is Dev who picks up what she is saying because he does have brains. Mohini's main issues are jealousy, feeling of being left outsde the loop and she thinks bit too much of herself...so even if she can see things her brain is involved in her other issues so she does not make use of her mental capability...but if she wants to she can be interesting.She most probably has to choose between her issues and the ability to use her perception to see things that others are blind to ...if she chooses the former then Radhika will be helped but if she chooses the latter, then it will be her husband who will gain...so ultimately it comes down to how much she loves her husband and how much she wants to beat her MIL to take that coveted position in her husbands eyes. ...and additionaly somewhere inside her is a heart beating...Mohini was the only person who gave support to Radhika when she was fainting.

Radhika can be shrewd person in positive way , she has the ability to understand the situations, intelligent and not impulsive, have patience ..

Yes Radhika can develop to be a very shrewd person...she has brains, used them when needed...has well defined goals, is patient and can keep herself in the background and observe...also does not talk much and has the ability to keep secrets. She is young and needs to develop a bit more.

Yes...she should now let him be...she is still looking for KK and ignoring Dev, and does not understand that this guy is not KK but Dev.

Yes but since they showed phusical abuse and Dev doing it on Radhika, hopefully they will continue with the last scene and show Dev breaking down in his room...to let the audience connect with him and understand his issues and POV.

Yes, she is a very strong person...after being ripped apart she managed to reach her room and broke down there.

I think the low TRPs woke them up...to get the audience they need to see that the audience have connection with Dev and Radhika...these two are the USP of the show and if any way the audience loose emotional connection with these two characters then it will be harmful for the show. So if they are doing something drastic then explanations should be shown...emotional effect on the charatcers should be shown.

Both Avinash and Rubina were excellent but Avinash was a bit better because he portrayed so many emotions with perfect voice modulations...

 Problem here with the people is its Dev of previous one they are connected  and do not understand this ruthless  and rude behavior of his with Radhika with no connectivity...If it would have been first show with both of them with this story then,  there would have been no problem ...Creatives have to show more of Dev point of view for his behavior so that viewers could understand his reasons for behaving this way with Radhika , does not matter if they are separate  but needs yesterday  kind of emotional scenes , when he was hurting her intentionally...Viewers should also feel bad for him and feel his pain ...In fact  talked to two opposite kind of people , reaction was same , not connected with this  Dev as you already have mentioned in some post ,  viewers should be emotionally attached to this Dev ...Now Creatives are doing the efforts to bring back Dev from his ivory tower, and there is need to  be his softening expressions  when alone.or thinking about her ...

I hope they continue with the scene too.  The scene ended with Dev admitting his love but still not an explanation for his behavior.  Now according to SBB, Dev did it deliberately so that Radhika starts hating him and forget him.  But it didn't come across like that at all.  They showed him thinking that he hated Radhika the previous day after Maheswari told him about the conversation with the lawyer.  So that combined with his other issues made it seem that he genuinely got angry and lost control.  Radhika was too shocked to react after that initial accusations he threw at her.  His anger seemed too impromptu for him to plan something like this.

So again the explanation is that he is not able to keep himself away from her and hence is subconsciously trying to make her hate him so that she stays away from him.  So if that is the case,  they need the extension of that scene where he expresses remorse for his behavior and admits to himself that it was his intention to do this as otherwise Radhika will not stay away from him due to her faith that has been with her for 12 years.

 Agree with you Angie , his only saying that he loves Radhika does not  excuse his ruthless behavior with Radhika ,this scene needs to be continued , to show his remorse and himself hurting because of that ...Whats the use of all this reasoning for his behavior in the SBB or any other this kind of show , have to be seen in the actual show where viewers can understand his behavior ...Angie its always a pleasure to read your  comments and specially when its counter comments with Misti or others ...

Yes the channel and PH walked into a minefield by giving the protagonists the same names as the hugely popular first season and also maintaining similar theme ...if the characters had different names with completely different surrounding then it might have been ok...but here Dev is competing with Dev of season one and audience might find him lacking specially if they are not able to remove Dev of season one from their minds. That is why both the characters POV and their emotions needs to be shown for the audience to again connect with the leads...without the connection the audience might leave and this time I am talking of the core audience.
