I am just guessing that iccha must have fainted as she could be pregnant .

she must have tried to prove that SS are cheating and may be her pregnancy would be detected .

she will start getting more attention not only for saving bundela family but also giving them good news and tapasya may be feeling good as she could tell everyone that child is veers.
