Abha pregnancy

Is Abha pregnant all these two years? Or I missed the baby she already had?  I am confused about these two years thing because recently i saw the episode in which she was still pregnant.  Can somebody help me to clarify this doubt.

Abha had a miscarriage before the leap took place. Shelly got Dushyant to tie some string onto the stairs, so Abha tripped while coming down.

yeah and shelly ended up having a child afterwards
