I called many times but they just cut phones then wht to do it's not feasible to call India like this when they don't even respond calls still m trying but we need more people n I don't think that many are calling

coz whebnever i call ( i also call from abroad) i always get to talk to them
sometimes the officials rn available and i pass mssg to operator
but they dont cut calls or not responsive the way u r saying
may b ur timing is wrong
call between 11 am to 4 pm indian time
they ll defo receive ur calls
