@Shoaib, here flowers can be grown from spring time, daffodils, tulips, cameila ,but by summertime different variety of flowers grow making the garden beautiful , I have a red patio rose n a yellow climbing rose.

@Shoaib, Tulips grow in Kashmir during the months of January to March or Holland is famous for Tulips , they r bulb shaped buds to full blown flowers in different colors,Hindi name is: Kanwal ka phool, but I'm not 100% sure.
