I just applied for another local job paying more than this one, fingers crossed I get that (but it's only early stages, haven't even gone for the interview yet) and can move on, I think I will cut a deal with the previous Finance Manager and the Director, if they give me glowing reference for the new job, I will not inform HMRC on them and she can keep her old job.
