if I work continuously for 12 hrs I'll die there itself... I have the habit of  doing work soo fast... If i complete it fast n say it to my lead he is giving me again more work instead of allowing me to go home...

no yaar... we r freshers na... we have only 1yr exp... so they say that we have work more during our early stage of career... so they give lot of work to juniors...
