Karanjkar House
The bank authorities tell Sulochna that they have come to take the posession of their hosue as the loan could not be repayed on time .Sulochna and Vinod cannot believe this but the bank manager shows them papers which proves that Manohar did take a loan putting his house on a mortgage ...
Sulochna comes in the house and shows Manohar those papers and questions him about the loan .Manohar is standign with his head down ..Manajusha accuses Manohar of taking the loan and spending it all on his drinking habits ...
Vinod too is now suspecting that his dad spend all this money on alcohol...
Archana unable to take all this screams at her family that they have to stop accusing Manohar when they don't know the facts ..
She tells them that Manohar was not out every night to enjoy alcohol but was out working as a railway guard and trying to make some money ...
Sulochna apologises to Manohar for mistrusting him .Vinod and Vaishali also apologise ...
The bank authorities however are not so linient .They say that they had send many notices which were not answered and now they have no choice but to take over their house ...
They start throwing all the furniture out .
Outside a bank .
Manav comes out of this bank with the bank manager ..He has just now opened his own business account and is nervous and excited ...
Archana calls him and she tells him that the bank is taking over the house .She is very worried and she wanst him to come there immediately .
Manav doesn't know what to do .He first calls his client and asks him for paying the money to him today but his client refuses as he still has not recieved the order .
Now Manav doesn't know what to do ...
Outside Karanjkar House
All the furniture and equipment of the hosue is being thrown out .Vinod is begging the bank authorities to stop this procedure but they too have their hands tied ..Vinod calls satish but he is unavailable on his mobile ..So is Varsha ...
So then he calls Ajit and tells him every thing .Vinod asks Ajit for at least 2 or 2.5 Lakhs .Ajit tells Vinod that he has just started out in business and doesn't have so much .Still he tells Vinod that he will try and see what he can do ...
Vinod is now losing hope and he stands next to his father ...Archana tries to calm her mother down who is crying a lot ...
Ajit's House
Ajit is sitting quietly .Rasika asks him what is wrong ..Ajit tells her the entire story and also tells her that the bank is taking over the Karanjkar family home ...
Rasika is very shocked that Manju did not tell her anything ...Ajit too is worried ..
Rasika tells Ajit that she doesn't give a damn about the Karanjkars but is only concerned with Manju .She is worried about her daughter .
Ajit feels disgusted to hear this ..he cannot believe how someone can be so selfish .He reminds his mother that Manju's susraal is also her family and their pain and trouble cannot be ignored by him and his mother ...
Outside Karanjkar House
The manager gives orders to lock up the house ...
Suddenly Manav's voice comes from behind ...
Ruk Jaiye ( please Stop ) .
Manav comes in the scene and he has a cheque in his hands ...
he gives the cheque to the manager ..It covers the installments of 18 months and he promises that the rest of the amount also will be there soon ...The manager accepts the Cheque and tells his men to keep all the furniture and the rest of the stuff inside the house ..
Manav opens the doors of the house and tells the rest of the family to come in ...
Vinod , Sulochna and Manohar want to know how he arranged so much money .
Manav tells them that he took the money from his business.
Sulochna and Vinod are very worried to hear this and they wan tto know how will Manav take care of his business because he has taken all his money out .Manav tells them that he has some left and will somehow manage .
The Kaarnjkar family is feeling indebted to him but he tells them that he did all this for their izzat as they too are his own people ...
Vinod promises him that he will pay the rest of the loan back and will also pay him the money that he has given ..Manav is listening to everyone thanking him but he is looking nervous and quiet ...

Manav and Archna are walking .Archu can sense that Manav is very quiet .She keeps his hand on her head and gives him a kassam to tell her what is wrong ..Manav tells her the truth that he is afraid because his bank account doesn't have sufficient funds to cover the Cheque amount ...
