i do agree that, she should look trimmed & pampered as she's endorsing a beauty product & getting paid millions. 

but that is not my head-ache she's earning a million w/o giving any effort.

it's the head-ache for Loreal & their brand managers. 

cause they are the one who is paying her, not us.
