@ Parisa: Alright, so there are quite a few rituals.  I have to plead ignorance of this.  But, in GHSP, only MSK has the right to do the arti of chanda mama and any ritual that does not require MSK's presence is usually foregone.

@ Arwenish: It could be as simple as her preparing some food item and asking everyone to taste it and provide feedback -- "Is it too sweet?"  or "Is it too spicy?"
