Yeah some members take everything way too personally. Like people are saying things about their own family or something (sadly this is true for some fans of every celebrity..its just that some sets of fans go more overboard than others).

Once upon a time I used to get really really upset when people would say bad things about my favs..now not so much. I've learned the art of ignoring and laughing off some people's comments..😆 Of course..there are times that you just can't ignore..
