i do take it every night 1hr b4 bed.

 

i think my problem is, i'm playing w/ the sleep cycle.

read somewhere that @ night times, if you are feeling dozy go to sleep or risk another 2.5 to 3 hrs of sleeplessness. & after that period you tend to feel sleepy again. miss that session, risk another 2.5hr. that's the cycle our bodyclock follows.
