it is in a way super big. I didnt qualify for the research compeition. all were PhDs. WHo cares. I still get to present. this is more or less the gathering of all women software engineers/researchers in top levels in most biggie companies


i have a job offer already but i do know friends who found jobs in microsoft and goldman sachs through grace hopper(the insititute that organises the conference)- directly. they didnt even have major interviews. how awesome is that :D
