Who is the powerful person Chand was refering to?

When Chand said to haseena something bad was gonna happen tonight, he said a very powerful person was trying to trap them and somebody has actually sent the message about the Raichands to that person...

but guys after i read the article, i think its the vampire catcher who arnav would appoint...may be he will be dangerous to vampire clan along with catching sid and saving pia...

guys plz reply who might be this person along with ur votings...
