Rushali, Maninee's bonding time!
TNN | May 11, 2011, 12.00am ISTRushali Arora and Maninee Misra
Rushali Arora, who solely provided comic relief to Yash Patnaik's romantic show Rang Badalti Odhani, has company now in Maninee Misra.
Well, a new entry always sees the other actress flush red in anger and jealousy as nobody likes to share the limelight. But Rushali's happiness knew no bounds as the actress who was introduced in the show was none other than her real life friend Maninee Misra.
Co-incidentally, the latter is playing her best friend on the show. But what's more surprising is that they share a great camaraderie off-screen despite not having met each other socially. They keep getting to hear about each other from their common friends. But once they started shooting, they two got along like a house on fire on the sets.
Despite playing similar characters (comic) they haven't succumbed to jealousy and competition. They in fact help each other with their performances. Great on-screen comic timing and an equally awesome off-screen bonding, what else can a producer ask for? We hear that Maninee's track will end in a week's time, will Rushali playing the comic character shed some tears while bidding adieu to her good friend?
