here are some lines which have tickled me silly..

"Yes you heard it right, action!  Both Debina and I are currently learning action and I have to tell you Debina is great at kicks and action as she has also in the past learned horse riding."

when you go for horse riding one has to be careful about the horse kicking you!!

"It's a lot of fun as I really enjoy action and dance! "

of course dancing with a partner is the best action you can get!!

"So I guess I am taking in the right amount of protein, and having the right food to compliment the exercise and it really feels great!"

yep proteins are good for the body...after all action...and dance..need energy..and boost is the secret of my energy!!

horizontal dancing burns 150 calories in 3 minutes

where as jogging burns 130 calories in half hour

so my equation is...if i want to burn 1000 calories how much dancing should i do?
