He mentions Katrina's Sheila, Zarine Khan is supposed to be the look alike of Katrina Kaif, but her body is not as well proportioned like Katrina Kaif's when she is dancing by Sallu she is looking like a man, you know her heavy jawline etc, perhaps she's had a sex change what do you think?
