Though Divya's death is tragic, it is a sort of poetic justice.
Hemlatha's selfishness needed to be punished.
And Nivedita is also punished because she compelled Sid to marry Divya.
The real sufferer is Sid. The baby will be taken care of by Hemlatha.
Even if Divya lived, she always would have that nagging feeling that Sid loved Nivi first. Dil Apna aur Preet Paraye situation.
All of Divya's happiness was built over the sadness of Nivi's and Sid's scarifices.
Her death was sudden and she should have lived and repented for her unwanted hostility.
To increase trps, they needed to give this shock.
They have created a martyr. Now a new girl will enter to fill the void in Sid's life.
If the girl is shown as completely burnt, then we could have Ekta Kapoor's type of Divya coming back as some other girl must have died.
