While the world is busy rejoicing over the death of Al-Qaeda chief, Osama Bin Laden, who was shot dead in Pakistan recently, Bollywood's renowned director Ram Gopal Varma is mulling making a film on the terrorist.
Well, the director, who seems very happy about Osama's death, is toying with the idea of making a film on the afterlife of Laden.Post the terror mastermind's death, RGV tweeted on Twitter, "Whatever the future of terrorism is after the death of osama I am right now so very very very happy fr America..3000 CHEERS!!!"
Reportedly, the moviemaker has even tentatively named the project as 'TERROR turns to HORROR... AL QAEDA PART 2.' Meanwhile, even Hollywood director Katherine Bigelow is planning a movie on Osama's assassination.
Film on Osama's afterlife
Confirming the news, an excited RGV, who is known for his message-oriented movies, said, "After terrifying the US for such a long time I just hope that Osama won't rise from the ocean and come back as a Ghost and this time to horrify the US."
Though nothing has been finalized till now, RGV narrated a possible story for the Osama film. "Plot idea of AL QAEDA PART 2 ...Osama Bin Laden's ghost rises from the ocean to come and haunt The White House," the director informed The Times of India.
Bollywood reacts on Osama's death
After the news about Osama's death spread in the industry, the B-town celebs took to Twitter to speak their hearts out on the killing of Laden. Director Madhur Bhandarkar tweeted, "Since Osama Bin Laden is dead, now may the World Rest in Peace (R.I.P)."
Actress Gul Panag posted, "So finally after a decade, #9/11 has been avenged. The process having killed & maimed countless civilians. All 2 get 1 man." Some even voiced their doubts on his killing and Ameesha Patel wrote, "Ameesha Patel: Hope the news is true about osama being dead. N it isn't an impostor that monster capable of anything."
