we need to rework on the categories and publicize it so that all the old members who are no longer active also join in

yes..we need to make the characters more forum oriented than being show oriented.Publicizing is good but i don't think so the old members will join.All those whom i know have already left IF

Keeping a theme is also good.

Thought of sharing.

Why not we do the nominations differently this time?Like we reveal the award details in parts all through December and then keep the finale at the end of December.

Maybe first we can show the award promo and give the categories so that people can nnominate whom they want.Next step after few days ,we can actually sort out and make a nomination list out of all the people the members have nominated..like a set of 5 per nomination(like they do in real award functions)..and then after making the final set of nominations..we can ask the members to vote and the one with the highest votes wins.

Anyone got any ideas for the theme?
