Maan could not forget the girl he saw in the temple that evening...he tried hard to sleep but failed miserably...when maan closed his eyes...he could see her...when he opened his eyes he felt her presence around him making him crazy...maan snapped out of his thoughts and went to the terrace to get some fresh air...there also he tried not to recollect any of the evening incidences...but his every thought last ended with the girl he saw...
maan got frustrated about himself for not having any control power...this time he tried reading book...to distarct his thoughts...but yet again he failed...he threw the book aside and opened his laptop...there also he could see only her images...he closed the laptop and decided to sleep...as he closed his eyes to sleep...the same eyes again appeared...the same innocent face...maan jumped from his bed and started screaming...
maan: mein tujhe pasand nahi kartha...nahi kartha...nahi kartha...
nainatara and adi came running towards maan's room when they heard his scream...they knocked the door until maan opened it...
nainatara: maan...kya hua? tu chilla kyu rahe ho? tumhare tabiyat teek hey na? kuch dekh kar dar gaya hey kya?aur tumhe kya pasand nahi aaya?
nainatara started asking questions continuously without taking a breath...adi closed her mouth with his hand...
adi: unko bolne ka mouka tho dho...bolthi ja rahi ho...without any gap...
nainatara made a baby face and looked at maan worried...maan got embarrassed and started smiling weirdly...nainatara and adi looked at each other confused...maan noticed this and started singing a song...making adi and nainatara still more confused...
maan: kuch nahi didi...bas gana practice kar raha tha...
maan looked down ...not knowing how to convince them...adi looked at maan in suspicion...
adi: achcha...gana gaa raha tha...woh bhi chilla chilla ke...good...very good...
nainatara: adi aap bhi na...mere bhai gana practice kar raha hey...issme bhuri baath kya hey...chaliye ab unko sone dhijiye...aur maan...zyada dher thak nahi...bas jaldhi sojana...
said these words nainatara took adi along with her and went to her room...
maan sighed in relief...and instantly closed the door and locked it...
maan: yeh ladki mujhe zaroor pagal kardegi...uff...lekin..aise ladki keliye pagal banna kya marne ka bhi mann kartha hey...woh aankhe..woh chehra...mujhe use dekhna hey abhi...kya karu...maan tu kaisa mard hey...agar ek ladki pasand aaya tho aisa kaise chup bait saktha...chalo risk lelo...ladki ko doondo..aur hamesha hamesha keliye apna banao...
said these words maan changed his clothes and went to his dearest buddy lucky's house...to take him along...for searching the girl...he saw in temple...
geet was trying hard to prepare herself mentally that maan got engaged...her heart refused to believe that maan was engaged...she cried her heart out helplessly...she was deprived of education,friends,enjoyment...but still all these days she lived with a hope that one day maan will come and take her with him...away from all these miseries...but with the news of maan's engagement her hopes went to dust...she cried thinking about her destiny...although she is a princess in her house...she is restricted from everything in the name of principles...she took out an old photo of maan...which she got from a news paper when maan topped 10th exams...she hugged the photo and cried...
geet: maan...shayad aapko yeh bhi patha nahi hoga ki geet naam ki ek ladki hey iss gao mein...mein aapko pehli baar dekha tha...jab aap padayi keliye shahar jaa rahe the...woh bhi bahuth dhur se...ab mujhe darr lag raha ki kahi woh aaqri baar na banjaye...meri jaise darpok insaan ko pyaar karne ka koi ahmiyath nahi hey...isliye mere pyaar aapko patha chalne se pehle hi toot gaya...
She sat on the floor on knees and cried...hugging maan's photo until she slept there itself on the floor...
maan reached lucky's house...lucky was in deep sleep and was snoaring heavily...maan went near him and with a low voice...he whispered..."lucky...lucky..."
but lucky was in deep sleep...he didn't respond to maan...after several attempts maan got irritated and finally maan kicked lucky with force...that's it lucky fell from the bed...screaming..."bapre...margaya..mein margaya"
maan quickly grabbed lucky's hand and turned towards him...and said..."chup ho jao lucky"...lucky eyes widened in shock...
lucky: maan..tu yaha ...iss waqt...aur yeh kaunsa tareeka hotha hey yaar jagane keliye...patha nahi kithne haddi toot gaye honge...
said these words lucky started to check himself...irritating maan further...
maan: lucky...dekhne ka koi zaroorath nahi hey...agar nahi toota tho...mein khudh thod dhunga...tum aur der kardiya tho...chalo ab jaldhi chalo...
lucky looked at maan confused...and asked..." kaha?"
maan blushed...lucky looked at him confused...
maan: ek ladki ko doond na hey...
lucky: tere ghar mein koi ghum hogaya kya...
lucky asked innocently...making maan angry...
maan: nahi...mein ek ladki ko pasand kartha hu...aur uss ladki ko doond na hey...
lucky eyes widened in shock...
lucky: kya? tum...pyaar...
maan: woh pyaar hey ya nahi...mujhe nahi patha...bas mein yeh jaantha hu ki woh ladki mujhe bahuth pasand aayi...aur mein usse abhi issi waqt dubara dekhna chahtha hu...
lucky got confused...
lucky: maan..ek minute...tujhe ladki pasand hey...
maan nodded his head saying "yes"
lucky: ladki ko?
maan: patha nahi...shayad woh mujhe dekha bhi nahi...
lucky: huh...koun hey woh ladki?
maan: patha nahi...
lucky: uska naam
maan: patha nahi...
lucky: iss gao ka hey...
maan: woh bhi patha nahi...
lucky: insaan tho hey na?
maan: patha nahi...shayad pariyon ka rani hoga...
that's it lucky lost all his patience...he started crying...
lucky: maan...yeh kya hey yaar...raath ko 2.30 baje mujhe maar ke jagaya...aur...aise baathe karraha hey...tera dil hey ya pattar...tu insaan hey ya koi jaanwar...
maan: lucky bakwaas bandhkar...aur chalo mere saath...
without giving any chance to talk maan took lucky along with him...as he knew about maan's zid he kept quiet and silently followed maan...
lucky: maan...ladki ke baare mein hume kuch nahi patha...upar se ithni raath gay..sab sothe honge..tumhari uss pari bhi..ab hum use kaise doondenge?
maan gave an evil smile...and said..." bas aise"...he then climbed into one house like a thief and returned after 10 min saying..."yaha pe nahi hey"...
now lucky understood maan's plan...his eyes widened in shock...his whole body started to shiver...he pulled maan aside...
lucky: maan...tum aaj hum dono ko marvaoge...agar koi hume chor samaj kar pakad liya tho...
maan smiled and said..." tho tab dekhenge"...said these words he entered another house leaving lucky in worst state of fear...
