mixture of besan,turmeric pwd-1/4 quantiy of besan n water...n if u have dry skin u can put coconut or olive oil into it.

its much better than soap.doesnt dries out the skin like soap

keep the mixture of besan n turmeric pwd in ur bathroom . n just take out the required amount n ia bowl n mix water. n scrub on ur body .

turmeric has been used in india for centuries for skin care.

n besan is useful in sweating n bad body odour.
