All it said was Sid will tell Piya that she was bitten by a vampire and that person is Abhay. Arnab is going to need blood and Piya can't help cause Sid tell's her she has vampire blood and will be one soon. We just have to wait and watch. Plus you know cv hardly ever go by what they show on the promo.
