I have been having this burning desire to write a period drama, based on the rich cultural history we own. And before I know CGM takes a leap and we have the dashing lead, swinging swords at me, as if daring me to write one.

Much is not known about Chandra Gupta's youth and he ascended the Magadha throne at an early age of 20. However, it is expected he came under the teachings of the infamous kingmaker Chanakya, much earlier that that.

My fiction - entirely a spin off - will portray Chandra Gupta at 19 years of age (Lets keeps this tentative, until I confirm when he was done with Takshashila) , running away from the fields of Takshshila, burdened with the image of impending responsibility on this shoulder and the great expectations his teacher has of him.

For now its a SS which I'm calling it Anthapura...And of course, as I can only write what I'm best known for 😊...A love story between Chandra Gupta and an imaginary Megha Mantra, who I'm sure never was part of his life and our history.

But... please any words to discourage me from doing so are generously welcome...

Great update!

Naini's outlook towards life and marriage has changed...she values them much more now than she used to, it seems. And I believe Geet unknowingly has a hand, even if little, in bringing that change. Contrary to what Naini thinks, I feel Rishabh will respect her changed perspective. Seems we are gonna have two weddings...lolz. Do continue soon.

Beautiful part.
Rishabh and Naini are so adorable.
 Rishabh kept openly admiring her with open mouth
and Naini was feeling so so conscious.
She desperately wanted to keep the whole affair under wraps.
But i am sure by now the family would have definitely felt something fishy.
Naini longing to wear the symbols of a married woman was so beautiful.
Our love birds Maaneet surely seem to have a strong affect on her.
She seems to be only wearing sarees now a days making Rishabh drool more and more.
She very nicely got out to escape from his stare and her situation
I am sure Rishabh would follow her though.
Waiting for the next part.

I have some serious gatekeepers ( I absolutely adore them for being themselves with me) who have kept me from moving ahead with the new FF...

Which I think is still a good call.
Sorry Libra, Jyoti and Ramhari...we will just have to wait to hear about Chandra Gupta and Megha Mantra.

OH MY GOD!!!!! Hasini I made a huge mistake.
And u didnt correct me.
All this while I was writing Naini as Naina.😳
I just realized it when I was re-reading one the part. 
Thats when I realize all this while I wrote Naini's name wrongly.
I didnt know why I wrote that. I wont repeat it again. 😕
But truly I loved to addr Naintara as Naina.
It sounded more Indianist more me.. 😃

Back to the update of Rishabh n Naini. I loved it.
What more can I ask for when it come to them.
Rishabh cant take off his eyes from his Lady Love.
He is admiring her without stop.
Thanking Maan for not being around, else he will be caught red handed.
Naini is feeling concious over Rishabh's non-stop staring over her.
Thou she enjoys it yet she doesnt want her other family member to knew it.
As she said, she wants Rishabh to ask her hand first.
Its pretty obvious Naini is changing.
She is changing to be a complete married woman.
Adoring sth that she didnt wanted at early age of marriage.
Wrapping herself in cotton saree, her new found likeness.
Voicing out her depression over not having her own marriage lady symbol.
Now I have started my liking in cotton saree. Time to get one for me 😉
BTW was Rishabh around there, when the black beads chain tense going on.

Hasini dear... u plan to write another creation.
That's a very wonderful news.
Seriously speaking am not a great fan on epic stories.
No matter how hard I try I cant visualize what's happening unless its a moving image.
I'm really bad in History. U can see all blue n one red in my report card. 
That would be in HISTORY 😆😆
But I will never discourage u from writing a new story for us.
I've always love ur writing and will continue loving it...
Do continue to write.ill always support you.. 👏

Long distance relationships take a toll, but trust me, I'm keeping it very light on this one. And hope its working out well for all of us just to focus on the weekend drama...What say?
I agree...I loved what Geet initiated it as well.. (trust me the scene didn't quite make its way out of my head for a long time 😳)

Yes am glad that there isnt any dramatic scene with his long distance relationship.
Its going on the right phase.. Glad you made it clear by focusing on Maaneet's weekend togetherness. Even now I feel like Maaneet are always together.
