Written Update May 3, 2011

Mota Bha asks if everything is ready, they should not wait for Kesar anymore, he will come if he wants to. Sudha comes there telling him that Gulaal's health has deteriorated and is sleeping. Paan Baa says that Gulaal should be at home, Sudha offers to stay with her. Jamna gets angry saying that her only daughter-in-law needs to be at the wedding, Talli can stay with Gulaal. Sudha says that she cannot refuse Talli since she got ready with so much excitement. Jamna insists but Sudha says that Talli will feel bad. Paan Baa supports Jamna and says that she will stay there with Gulaal, Talli and Sudha should go to the wedding. Jamna says that people will talk and Paan Baa needs to come. Jamna's husband says that Talli and Gulaal get along so Talli should stay. Talli comes downstairs and they ask her to stay with Gulaal and take care of her. Sudha tries to explain to her and Talli flashbacks to Jamna's words and feels bad, and agrees to stay. Everyone leaves. Talli looks at the big house and continues thinking about Jamna's words. She then flashbacks to Sudha's adoption of her when her father passed away, and how afterwards Gulaal and Sudha took so much care of her with a lot of love. She drops on the floor and weeps bitterly thinking of her father.

Gulaal is sleeping in her room. Kesar comes in the house and sees that the door is open. He goes towards Gulaal's room and flashbacks to Gulaal's words after she was saved from drowning about letting Kesar misunderstand her. Gulaal tries to drink water and the glass drops. He goes into the room and sees her, their eyes meet and she looks away. She wipes the water on the floor and he looks on. While lying down she sees that he is no longer there, and she closes her eyes to sleep. Kesar brings water and gives her to drink. She asks him why he took the trouble, he should keep the glass on the table, she will drink later. He insists. She asks him why he is doing this, he doesn't care about her. He insists and she drinks. She goes back to sleep, he sits on her bedside and extends his hand towards her but then pulls away. Gulaal asks him why he did not go with the rest. He feels her forehead and sees that she has fever, and asks her whether she took medicines. He looks around for the medicine, she says later. He insists and she lets him. He takes the paper with the medicine and pours it in her mouth. He scolds her saying that without thinking she jumped in the river and now she is not taking her medicine. Gulaal says that she did not realize when she went to sleep. Kesar expresses anger that everyone left without leaving anyone with Gulaal, and that Talli too did not stay despite spending all her time with Gulaal.

Talli is at her father's place crying with her parent's photo.

Gulaal defends Talli. Kesar wets a towel and applies it to Gulaal's forehead. She tells Kesar how excited Talli was about going to the wedding. Talli looks at her parent's photos and says that Jamna is right, she is an orphan, Gulaal and Sudha have done so much for her but she has given them nothing except for sorrows. Kesar caresses Gulaal's forehead and tells her to stop talking and go to sleep. She smiles and asks him where he was till now. He says he was out with friends, she says that she meant something else. They both have a sweet moment with him smiling very slightly with understanding. He comes closer and asks her whether she did not hear what he said, for sometime she should stop talking and go to sleep. She smiles and protests, he puts his finger on her lips and she smiles again. He closes her eyes and looks on. (He has such a peaceful look on his face, as if he has been able to put aside his anger).
