I am the exact same way!!! I think it is a calcium craving to be honest.
I'm 23 now and my doctor says I am at severe risk of osteoporosis when I
am older because of my bone structure so I have just always figured it
is my body telling me that is needs the calcium. I seriously drink about
a 1/2 gallon of milk a day though plus a lot of cheese, yogurt, sour
cream, ice cream, etc... I think most food cravings are when our body
knows it needs something and relays this through craving. I also get
very big fruit/fruity candy/juice cravings and I know its because I
don't get nearly enough vitamin C.
