The night is quiet

The stars are twinkling in the sky

The atmosphere is cold

And she's feeling shy

I lean in on her

And ask her for a gift

A symbol of our undying love

That will our spirits lift

She looks into my eyes

Instead of looking away

I'm taken aback

Instead of night I'm seeing day

She whispers something

Something I will never share

But let's just say

I could feel the love right there....
