Mumbai is quite expensive for making this kinda villa.

His bachelor pad is fricken gorgeoussssssssssssss, it's all glass, his neighbors are so lucky ;). lol,

^Yes, this apartment is in India. You'll be surprised at all the nice homes in India. My cousin just got  a house made in Surat(not even Mumbai), and it's probably the nicest house I've ever seen in reality. I haven't really seen a house like that in America either(obviously there are better homes but i haven't seen them except on MTV Cribs)So if you have the money then anything is possible. By the way JOhn had posted these pics a while a go on his website. It's a beautiful home indeed.

his father and brother, and cousin sis are architects and it's made by them, so I wonder if they charged anything? lol

^Well I'm sure he paid for the supplies and maybe not the labor.
