-Open ur siggy or pic  & duplicate the  layer (Layer-Duplicate layer )
-Go to Filter-Blur-Radial Blur  (blur method shuoild be spin )

-Amount should be around 16 & then okey !

Take erase & erase the pic u want  clear & not rilpped 😃 thats it ! lemme know if this doesn't work

u can also set the amount to 50 -60 ! if thats easy with ur siggy :P it depends

it works but erasing is hard coz i hate whne it gets on their faces and if i rub out too much then it is nearly as good as nothing

reduce the size & let hardness of eraser to 0 & slowly erase it na ...not a big prob 😃
