Is pain so powerful that it blinds us from past ....... is pain able to block our intellegence........ Usha you are right MSK is a very intellegent character who has his eyes on his surroundings all the time....... Seemingly he is unaware of Anne's doings...... and comeon just because of nightmare he will start reacting.........
