What is Chanchal's problem??

What is that Chanchal's problem?? Kya woh ek maa hain? She cant even unerstand from who her son's heart beats for!! She doesnt see him cry all alone.. Viren seriously misses Nivi and that stupid chanchal gives opposite comments... She has lost it.. I dont mean to bash her, But why does she take Viren's name when it comes to bashing Nivi... She is seriously mad... She stills calls herself a mother...
Poor Viren... His heart is almost crushed!!!

Well how could she understand her son's feeling as she was never there for him since childhood. Also when he met an accident.

She can't understand his feelings, because she doesn't know what it means to love someone (who's not your blood relative). She's too selfish and egotistic to see how much her son is suffering without Nivi.
