Mud is very good for the skin...lol, in Turkey part of the tourist trail is to use the mud bathes. It's kind of warm, you would expect it to be cold like normal mud, but it's quite nice, it does look like clay.

Yes Nafisa! i can actually see mud/clay being good for skin because of its plasticity properties. Whoever started this treatment should be applauded.

Nafisa, those mud is sold in packets.. For money! Unless u hav that mud on ur property😃

Jake, surely you can find clay on your farm, somewhere free. My mother has a crop field, where she grows rice, lots of clay around there, next time i go, i think i will try a little on my face...lol, just to compare if the effect is the same as the Turkey mud bathes.

I dont think every mud is gud for skin.. Dont forget that people spray chemicals on farms
