Mittho and Kalsanwali are trying to call Vishnu and Rajju but they are unable to reach them. Kalsanwali says that Mittho & Billo should just pay the money, but Mittho disagrees. Kalsanwali says that they have to find a way to occupy Guddu's time till Rajju and Vishnu come back. Mittho says she has an idea.
Amma is in the kitchen and Mittho goes and tells Amma that they have to perform all the ritual that happen after the marriage. Amma wonders what benefits are the aunts hoping ot reap fromt his proposition. She says that this isn't Runjhun's in-laws home. Billo says that now Runjhun is taying here so this is her maternal home and her sasural.
Amma agrees to do the rituals but she is still worried about Guddu, agreeing to them. Mittho says that since he claimed in front of the society that he was RUnjhun's husband he has to follow through. Amma goes and tells Guddu to go and clean up as they have to go to the mandir to finish the after-marriage customs and rituals. Guddu says he's not interested in going and he has other important matters to attend to.

The pandit says to untie the knot. Chachi unties the knot. Guddu thinks that Chachi might have untied this knot but how will they untie the knot of hatred in his heart for Runjhun. The pandit tells them to ask for blessings, and Runjhun bows her head to take blessing. The flower from God's hand falls on Runjhun's head. The pandit says that this is very auspicious and Runjhun's married life will bring her peace and happiness.
Guddu asks Amma if everything is done, and he can leave. Amma gives him permission to leave. Mittho tries to delay by saying that Guddu is in a rush to leave. Amma tells Mittho that Guddu must have some important work, besides he's a young man, and if he's not the one to work is Mittho willing to do the work. She tells Guddu he can leave.
Guddu walks up to Mittho and tells her to stay in her limit or he won't have any qualms about sending her husband up. Mittho tells Guddu to go get her money from Billo as she is standing outside. Guddu leaves.
Buntu, Rajju and Vishnu are outside contemplating how they are going ot pay Guddu. Vishnu says he has no intention of paying Guddu. Billo comes and asks them if they money is ready. Vishnu give her 50 thousand and tells her to give it to Guddu and then tell him that the rest will reach the hospital. They see Guddu coming and hide.
Guddu asks Billo where have all the men died and have send the women to give money. He asks her for the money and she gives him the fifty thousand. He tells her he's not a beggar and asks her where the rest of the money is and the rest of the pandey members. Billo says she doesn't know. She says that they raised this much with difficulty and the rest will reach the hospital. Guddu thinks it would be better to accept the money now and try to persuade the doctor to do the operation. He leaves and the three uncles come out of their hiding place.
Rajju says that eventually they will have to pay the money, and Vishnu says they won't. He says that Guddu's mother in hospital with cancer and is not supposed to get any emotional trauma since her condition is delicate. Vishnu says that if they drop by at the hospital and announce that Guddu got married without her knowledge. Rajju follows Vishnu's line of thought, and says that would be trauma for Guddu's mom. Vishnu says then Guddu will be too devastated to worry about the money.
Guddu rushes to the hospital and gives him the 50 thousand then tells him to start the operation. the doctor says he needs another lakh before he can start the operation. Guddu requests to him but the doctor says that he will talk to the higher authorities and present his case. Guddu says he's willing to do anything if he starts the operation. The doctor says at this time there is nothing but he will talk to the higher board and ask them for Guddu's mother's operation. He tells Guddu he can see his mom but warns him not to give her any news that would spike her BP or cause her to have shock as they won't be able to help regardless of what the higher doctors say.
Guddu goes to his mother's room and asks her how she is. She turns her face away. Guddu says that he knows she is mad but he promises to leave all bad jobs from today onwards and do all good things. Lata is happy to hear that. Vishnu and Rajju show up and Lata asks about them. Guddu says they're just friends and tries to get them to leave but Vishnu and Rajju reveal the truth about Guddu getting married and that to by sitting in place of the real groom. They tell her the whole story as Guddu's mother goes into shock. Guddu calls for the doctor.
