Hiten Tejwani is finally realising his dream of getting into Bollywood. he will be playing the lead in a film titled Imandari Ki Ma Ki Aankh.
"One of the main reasons why I took it up is because the producer S Ramachandran and I go a long way. We would do street plays together," says Hiten.
This film is based on SRA scams. "It may be a small budget film but it's big on content. The audiences are responsive to such films. I play Johny, a Christian guy from the slums, who's big on gambling," he says. Hiten is currently shooting at real locations. And what about TV? "I will never say that I'm quitting television for films. Right now I have to see how it's going and where it's going. I am going to oblige all my TV commitments, and if films work out, I will make a graceful exit."
