Umm...I think that Arjun's parents were killed by one of the Aluwalia's b'c if they make a previous relation btwn Arjun & Arohi its kinda gonna be awkward. well thats just what I think....

Could it be that Arjun is a Alluwaliah and Arohi is not? Maybe Arohi is adopted, Maybe RPS doesn't know that and thinks Arjun and Arohi will be siblings. Which is why he thinks arjun will be devastated after learning the truth about his parents and also that he and Arohi can never be together.
