Oh sweetie, i know EXACTLY how u feel aww🤗 What happened, is it not starting up at all? If it's at least starting up u can try and transfer ur files over to an external hard drive before tryin to get it fixed? Also if u know what the program is that caused it to crash u can try going to Control Panel and uninstalling it? That's if it still loads up. OMG i feel so bad for u, i was so upset when it happened too!

Exactly Di, thats exactly what i will be thinking, Di the CTs ALWAYS do this remember with the HM like we were enjoying it SO much and they revealed Viren as MP even though we had anticipated it would be him but they revealed it at such a sweet moment  their HM lol they always do it x

Have u tried starting it up in safe mode? Did it get a virus or just crash?! I swear technology has a mind of it's own!!
