Kangna Ranaut will supervise arrangements for sister Rangoli's wedding to businessman Ajay Chandel

Kangna Ranaut's sister Rangoli will wed New Delhi businessman Ajay Chandel in April. Kangs will play wedding planner.

The star's sis has been spotted wearing Indian attire and red bangles over the past few days, sparking speculation that she had already tied the knot.

Says a source, "Rangoli and Ajay have been seeing each other since their college days. Their romance blossomed over time. Ajay recently proposed marriage.

Kangna is extremely close to her sister and will be in charge of the wedding preparations, personally supervising everything from the clothes, decoration, to the venue. And yes, the honeymoon arrangements, too."

Adds the source, "The parents know each other. They met last week to decide on an auspicious date, sometime in April. The wedding will be held in the Ranaut's hometown in Himachal Pradesh."

In the past...

Kangna Ranaut's sister Rangoli suffered an acid attack in Dehradun in October 2006. She had sustained injuries to her face, arms and eyes.

At that time, she was studying at the Uttaranchal College of Science and Technology and was staying in a rented place along with a friend. A man claiming to be a courier landed up at her doorstep.

As soon as the star sis went to receive it, he threw the acid he was carrying in a jug covered by polythene. The motive was allegedly unrequited love.
