A few observations:

• Dev kept insisting that Geet would be alright, not that Geet and the baby would be alright.
  
• True to his character, Maan calls Romeo, and not Dev, to find out Geet's latest medical update.
  
• The doctor tells Dadi that they were able to save Geet "completely". Was this an assurance that this miscarriage did not result in other complications that would render Geet unable to conceive again?
  

Poo, it stopped making sense a long time ago.  Dev may turn negative again when he realises that his reformation is not working with Maaneet. He was always in need of money so he may now try to get to the KC empire now that he work for it.

CVs will show some thing good anyways the pregnancy track was not going anywhere. In fact in the last few episodes they showed what we demanded but alaas
