Angad Hasija may have played the very positive Alekh in Bidaai,but hes now ready to play just the opposite.This time he will be seen in a negative character named Shankar in Siddharth Tewarys Phulwa on Colors.Hired by vicious thakurs to murder Phulwa,he will have a change of heart eventually and will fall for her innocence and perseverance.Preparing for Shankar hasnt been easy for him.For this particular role,he was strictly advised to avoid shaving his beard and trimming his hair.For a guy who loves to sport a clean shaven and neat look,it could be quite a herculean task.Interestingly,this time again his show airs at 9 pm like his first show Bidaai.With his co-actors Parul Chauhan in Pratha and Sara Khan in Ram Milaayi Jodi (both have replaced the protagonists ) failing to recreate the magic,only time will tell if the viewers will welcome Alekh in his new avatar.
