Nirali goes after Devki to make her understand why she did not reveal her true identitty but Devki goes away without talking to her.
A tearful Nirali comes back home. Her mother says that her IMV has bought a land in her name and she asks Nirali to sign the papers. Charu looks at her tearful face and enquires what the matter is. Nirali confides in her mother that a friend broke her friendship with her because she got to know that Niral is IMV's daughter. She says that she did not reveal her true identity on Facebook because she wanted people to be friend with Nirali and not with Nirali Virani. Her mother advices her not to allow the friendship to break. She is happy that her children know the value of a relationship.
Sid is working on his laptop when his son, Gaurav asks him to draw something for him. Sid gets very angry and refuses to do so. Rajvi gets worried at his behaviour asnd asks him what the matter is. She says he should add an extra 'H' in his name which will prove to be lucky. She says if he does sp it will prove very lucky for him. Sid rubbishes it. She asks him why IMV does not have a factory after Sid's name. Sid says it makes no difference to him. After that, Sid, Rajvi and Gaurav share a light moment. Rajvi aska Sid about a key that she found. Sid does not recognise it.
Motilal is sitting on a chair in his room when Ba comes in saying that her knee is giving her a lot of problem. Motilal offers to press it for her. He then says it would have been better if his sons lived seperately. Ba is shocked and asks him why he is saying so. Motilal then hands over a letter to her.She reads it and feels upset and asks her husband if he has given it to Sonal. He says that he hasnt yet but sooner or later he would have to. Ba is worried and says that IMV would never agree to this. Motilal consoles her by saying that Sonal has all the right to lead life the way she wants to and no one can prevent her from doing so.
IMV is talking to a friend over the phone and he says he would definately throw a party for him on his 25th wedding anniversary. He says that he respects true friendship. Just then there is a noise from outside and IMV goes to see what the matter is. One of his old friends is pleading with his secretary to allow him to meet IMV. When IMV goes out to meet him he asks him about how he is and stuff like that. IMV gets irritated and asks him to talk business. His friend says since his son is dead, the responsibilty of the whole family is on his shoulders. IMV orders for his cheque book but his friend says he does not not want money. He asks IMV to give him a job in his company instead. IMV refuses to do so ecause he feels the guy has no brains. His friend is shocked and reminds him of the olden days when he helped him out. He says if not for Bawangi he wouldnt have been where he is today. IMV gets furious when he hears the Seth's name and asks him not to talk about the guy in front of him. IMV says he is what he is because of his brains and hardwork. His friend says he only has brains but he does not have a heart. IMV gets very angry and asks his men to throw him out. His friend screams out that Bhawanji has not asked for anything because he is great but the society will demand answers.
IMV gets very angry because of which he gets an attack. Vaibhav (who had been a silent onlooker all this while) and IMV's secretary help him to his cabin and him medications. Vaibhav says he should not get himself so worked up as the doctor has warned him against it. Vaibhav then asks him who Bhawanji is. IMV says it is a part of his past and no one has the right to peek into it. He swears that he would one day bring Bhawanji to the road and that day is not very far.
