Abhay stops.
Something is wrong.
He closes his eyes and sees Pia standing too close to the edge. Taking a step back. Missing the roof and falling.
He runs.
Fast.
Faster.
He is too late.

Pia feels herself falling.
She sees Abhay's face in her mind and relaxes. He will save her.
But she continues to fall.
*
Misha, Tracker and Reva run to stop Pia from falling, but cannot do it.
Even the trussed-up Maaya hops over.
But there is nothing that they can do.
*
Kabir gropes around in the dark.
Angad (whispering): Dude!! Mila?
Kabir (whispering): Yeah. Mil gaya.
Angad (whispering): Dekh...sirf haath hai ya body bhi hai.
Kabir (loudly): Body?!!
Angad (at a normal volume): Arey...matlab haath ke saath banda bhi free hoga na.
Kabir: Oh..haan. Wait.
[He pokes and feels around.]
Oye! Arm mil gayi!
Angad: Yay!
Kabir: Oye! Shoulder! (after a few moments) Neck! (a few more pass) Chin!
Dude!!
Angad: Haan?
Kabir: Yeh dekh kitni fun cheez mili!
Angad (excitedly): Kya hai? Dikha na.
[They both start playing around with something...]

Pia opens her eyes and looks into her saviour's face.
Pia (confused): Abhay?
Abhay (coming from behind her): Pia!
(Siddharth sets Pia down. Abhay reaches her and shaking badly, she turns to hug him. He holds her until the trembling stops, and then gently pushes her back to see her face.)
Are you ok?
(Pia nods. Still holding onto him, she turns partially to Siddharth.)
Pia: Thank you.
Siddharth (smiling): All in a day's work! *winks*
[He leaves. Pia turns to Abhay again and he holds her close. The girls come up, and Misha coughs lightly.]
Reva: Are you okay Pia?
Pia: Yeah. I am fine.
Misha (glancing at Abhay with a wicked grin): Haan bhai....fine toh hogi hi. Apne favourite spot mein jo hai.
[Pia blushes and tries to move away from Abhay, but falls again as her head spins. Abhay catches her.]
Abhay (grimly): You have just had a bad shock. You need to rest.
Pia: Main theek hoon. Seriously!
Abhay: Bas Pia. Argue mat karo.
Tracker: Haan Pia. Argue mat karo. (teasingly) After all, college ka hottest guy har kisi ko thodi bachaata aur hug karta hai!
Pia (shocked and embarrassed): Tracker!
[Seeing that Pia is getting rather agitated, Abhay leads her away from the house.]

Kabir and Angad are playing with their new toy.
Kabir: Yaar yeh mazedaar kaam hai.
Angad (happily): Haan. This is cool!
Siddharth: Hey guys! Need light?
Kabir: Umm...sure!
[Siddharth lights a candle. Kabir and Angad crawl backwards in disgust!]

Chaand turns to look at LD. He sees a tall, young woman on the plumpish side. Her clothes remind him of Tracker, if she wore black, and her attitude reminds him of T.
He sees her looking at him, and looks away.
When he looks at her again, he notices how her shoulders droop, how her smile falters, and how her hands shake.
Haseena comes over to him.
Haseena: Chaand.....come. Join us.
Chaand: Not now Haseena..I need...time.....
Haseena: Oh Chaand....40,000 years ho gaye us baat ko. Bhool jaao.
Chaand: No! (his eyes glow) She hurt you.
(stopping Haseena from speaking) No! Not now. Not ever. Make her leave at the earliest.. I would rather have Pia as my daughter-in-law!
