characters :-

Aanchal--- a sweet girl who treasures values and her priciples
Angad--- a college guy for whom one event changes his life as he knew it.

Gauri, Anjali, Soha etc are college friends of Aanchals.

It is a cool new years day and the wind is blowing gently through a girls hair and blowing it across her eyes and face as she walks along the beach.

Suddenly a volleyball comes towards her and hits her head!

Aanchal--- 'Ouch!!! yeh ball kahai se aya haii?!
she reaches down to pick up the ball and return it to its owner.
as she gets up she removes the hair which is covering her eyes and in front of her is a rather handsome guy.

Angad--- ' Im very very sorry! aap ko chaut to nahin lagi? he says in a concerned tone

Aanchal --- 'its ok, mai bilkul teek hu. magar agli bar zara diyan se rehna

' Angad, tum waha kya kar rahe ho? jaldi idhar ao aur game kelte hai. a voice calls in the near distance.

Angad turns around and its his friend Diyaa

Angad : - Mai araha hu! he turns around and says : - #Listen im v sorry ok. hope ur ok and runs towards his friends and nandini.


Sneha:- Aanchal, tum yaha kyun karhe ho? chalo dance karlete hai, aaj new years ka din hai so we need to have fun.
Gauri and Soha, ' Sneha teek kehrahi hai Aanchal, chalo waha crowd mien ja kar dance karlete hai.

the group then goes towards the crowd of young people who are dancing and join in and start to dance to the music.

It is late at night and the party is still going on.
Aanchals head is becoming painful

Meanwhile Angad, Nandini and his friends are busy playing volley ball.


Aanchal ' jab se yeh ball mere sar par lagi hai yeh sar ka dard mujhe tang karraha hai.

saying that she heads off to the party hosts beach house to get some medicine.

she opens the cupboards in the kitchen,

Aanchal:- pata nahin yeh Shabbir dawa kaha rakta hai, she opens another draw and finds it.
Aanchal-- 'yes'! she takes the mediceine and is about to head back to the party when she can feel a presence. she is unable to see clearly as the house has no lights on due to an electricity issue

Aanchal :- 'is anyone there' waha koi hai???

she hears no reply and takes a step forward and is surprised to see a person standing in fromt of her.

Aanchal-- aap kaun?

Stranger : - aap kaun? yeh kaisa sawal hai? aap achi tarah janti hai me kaun hu!!!
Aanchal-- please mujhe raasta do!

Stranger - -Kya baat hai Nandini?tumne khud mujhe yaha bulaya tha

Aanchal-- apko galat fehme hue hai--mai nandini nahin hu.

she takes a step forward and is surprised to see that he has put his arm out, thus blocking his path.
Stranger-- aj tum mere saath new years celebrete karogi nandini.

Aanchal., im not nandini, now plwase mujhe jaane do.

the stranger wraps his arms around Aanchal, and begins to slowly kiss her.
on her forehead and cheeks

Aanchal--- yeh ap kya kar rahe ho? mujhe chor do!!! aur yeh kya? tumne daroo pi hai?!

Stranger-- haa maine daroo pi hain, im sorry nandini please forgive me,. magar kya karta aaj to new years eve haii.

Aanchal -- ive told u many times. im not nandini now let me go.

Stranger thinks it his girlfriend playing hard to get and he continue to kiss her andslowly undress himself and her


Aanchal--koi hai? mujhe bacha!!! but its no use, the music is blasting outside and everyone is busy dancing

(goes to scene dancing scene.

back to beach house and Aanchal is sitting on floor in a daze and is shaking and crying silently.

Stranger -- yeh Nandini ko aaj kya hua, ajj to humare pehli baar nahin to yeh sab kyun? (he is thnking this in his mind)

me tumhare liye paani laata hu and he heads towards the kitchen and gets a glass of water for Aanchal.

he goes back into the room and hands Aanchal the glass, she throws it on the floor and the glass shatters.

Stranger--yeh kya kardiya tumne Nandini?! and he is about to switch on the lights when he hears a voice


Nandini---Tum kaho ho? mai kabse tumhara intezar kar rahi hu!!!

the stanger has a llok of horror and shock on his face---he is slightly sober now.
thinking to himself - agar woh awaaz nandini ka hai to yeh ladki kaun hai jiske saath maine......?

he lights a match and finds she has gone

Nandini-- oh to tum yaha ho!!! yaha kya karrahe ho?

he turns around and a tall pretty girl is standing wearing a summer dress and has her hands on her hips


Stranger---kuch nahin, meri tabeet kuch teek nahin hai isliye mai yaha aram karaha tha

Nandini-- aur yeh sheehse ke tukre?

Stranger, me dawaa karaha tha jab achanak tumhari awaaz ayi aur yeh glass meri haathon se girchuka

Nandini-- kam se kam mujhe bata dena tha!!! she goes ove rto the glass and begins to pic up the pieces of glass whilst the guy goes to get a cloth for the water.

next scene and Aanchal is running and keeps on slipping as she is trying to get to the car park.

Sneha and her friends see her from far

SNEHA--Aanchal. hum yaha tumhara intezaar karahe hai countwon keliye, jaldi aoo

however aanchal keeps on running until she gets to her car.

sneha--aanchal wea re over here--whilst jumping and waving her hands.

Aanchal gets in car and drives off.

Gauri-- yeh aanchal ko kya hua hai?

sneha--pata nahin--abhi pata lagati hu.

she rings aanchals mibile and aanchal keeps on driving with tears rollin down her face.
sneha tries a few more times and aanchal finally answers

sneha--whats the matter yaar? tum phone ko kyun nahin utaraha thi?

Aanchal-actually woh silent par tha isliye maine pehli dafa nahin utaya -whilst holding back tears.

senha--r u ok? why hae u left so early aur woh bhi mujhe bina bataye?!!!

aanchal -darasal woh ball incident ke baad mere saar mey bahut dard ho raha hai aur mai ghar jaa kar ara karna chahti thi.

sneha--u sure ur ok? u sound upset

aanchal--im fine, we;ll speak later ok and hangs up just after she is wishes a happy new year by sneha

sneha--i hope she ok, she sounded v upset.
Gauri aur Soha sneha se aanachal ke bare main poochte hai and sneha telles then she is not feeling welll/

MEANWHILE IT HAS BEGAN TO RAIN AND AANCHAL IS HAVING DIFFICULTY IN DRIVING AS SHE CANT CONTROL THE TEARS.
SHE PUTS THE MON
BILE DOWN AND LOOKS UP AND SEES A CAR IN FRONT OF HER!
SHE SLAMS ON THE BREAKS BUT ITS TOO LATE AND SHE CRASHES INTO THE CAR!!!

RECAP--at a new years party a young girl is raped by an unknown man and whilst getting home she crashes her car.




Aanchal slams on the breaks and tries to swerve the car away from the oncoming vehicle but its too late and she crashes straight into the car
and falls out of the car due to the impact.

Aanchals limp figure is sprawled on the road and has many wounds on her face and body.
she is trying to move but is unable to due to pain.


A middle aged couple come out of the car and the lasy rushes towards aanachal.
her eyes widen in shock


women---o bhagvan! yeh kya hua? i hope she ok. she kneels down to aanchal and attempts to talk to her.

Ram, tum ambulance ko jaldi phone kijiye.


Ram---magar yeh to police case bansakta hai aur hum.........

women, mujhe yakeen ne horaha ke maine tum jaisa aadmi se shaadi ki hai.
tum aisa kyun soch rahe ho? mai karleti hoon and she takes her mobile out of her purse and requests the ambulance to come asap.

she goes back towards aanchal and wraps her shawl around her body as its begining to get chilly.

Aanchal--begins to murmour, mama, mama in a weak voice,

WOMEN--tum fikar madh karo beti, tum bilkul teek hojaogi.

the ambulance arrives and 2 men place aanchal ontoa stretcher and place her in the vehicle


the women goes towards the ambulance to join her and sees a mobile phone. she picks it up and sits with aanchal.

ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL SHE TRIES TO CALL AANCHALS PARENTS AND GETS THROUGH THE 3RD TIME.

WOMEN, --May i speak to aanchals mother please?
mona-anchals ma,-jee kahiye, meh hoon mona, aanchal hi maa--aap kaun?


women-- main mrs khanna bolrahi hoon. im very sorry to tell you this magar aap ki beti ka car accident hua hai.

Mona-- KYA?! her face is in a state of shock and the room feels as though its spinning, Nahin, yeh sach nahin hosakta, meri aanchal ko kuch nahin hoksakta and she drops the phone
Raj, aanchals das comes and gets the phone

hello, this is mr sinha speaking, batao meri beti ko kya hua hai?
mrs khanna tells them everything how they were driving and saw a car coming and they tried to move out of the way and that both cars collided.

Raj-- woh kaunsi hospital mein hai?
mrs khanna--Sacred Heart Private Hospital

Raj hangs up and goes towards mona and they leave for the hospital.


Aanchal arrives at hospital and is admitted to the ICU as she is badly injured and unconscious/

mr and mrs khanna stay outside and wait for aanchals parents to come.

aanchals parents arrive and are escorted to the icu ward by a nurse

Nurse--patient abhi behosh hai aur app log abhi usse nahin milsakte.

mrs khanna walks up to mona and is about to speak when mona raises her hand, mai apse kuch nahin suna chahti, ap ki la parva ki vaja se meri beti ki jaan jaa sakti hai, agar meri beti ko kuch hua, mai aap dono ko nahin chodengi and turns around and sees that he dr has come out.

Raj-- Dr, meri beti kaisi hai?

Dr Rai--fihaal main aap ko kuch nahin batasakta, but she is in a very critical condition and the next 48 hrs are very important for her.

upon hearing this, mona is distraught and walks towards the goddess Gauri idol
mona breaks down in tears in front of the goddess.

Mona-- aap meri beti ko kis jurm ki saza derahe ho?
usne hamesha dusron keliye acha kiya aur bhala bhi socha aur aap chup karke yeh sab dekha?! Aap to bhe ek maa ho, to ek maa ke bhavnao ko kyun nahin samajthi?
agar meri beti ko kuch hua mai aap ko kabhi maaf nahin karoongi, kabhi nahin,

suddenly she feels a hand on her shoulder, she turns around and its a dr,

DR-- Namaste, main Dr chopra hoon aur main apse kuch zaroori baat karna chahti hoon, aap zaara meri cabin mey aye.

mona is worried and follows the dr into the cabin.

they both sit down.

Mona-- kaun si zaroori baat karni thi mujhse dr ?

Dr-- kya aap ki beti ko boyfriend hai?

Mona--pichle mahine uski aur Vansh ki roka tha, magar woh yaha mumbai majood nahin hai, woh ragivaar ke din par bangalore gaya tha business ke silsile mein.
Ap ne mujhse yeh sawaal kyun poocha? she asks in a concerned tone.

Dr. Filhaal to mai kuch confirm nahin karsakti magar tumhari beti ke jism par distingiushed marks they aur...

Aap kehna kya chahti hai dr? mona cuts in ,

Dr-mujhe shak hai ke app ki beti ka baladkar hua hai.

mona is very shocked and cant believe that such a thing may have happend to her daughter.

Mona--yeh aap kya kehrahi ho? meri beti ke saath aisa kabhi nahin hosakta.
uski shaadi ki din bahut nazdeek araha hai

the dr gets up and places a hand on monas shoulder, 'mrs sinha, please aap shaant hojaye, there is nothing we can do until she comes out of her condition kyun ki is haal mein, hum risk nahin lesakte.

HOSPITAL SCENE ENDS HERE

NEXT MORNING ~ SNEHA'S HOUSE

Sneha--yeh aanchal, answer kyun nahin karahi?
she has been trying for ages to contact aanchal but with no luck.

lagta hai mujhe waha jana hoga, bechari aanchal's head is probably still sore, siliye woh apna phone nahin utarahi.

she leaves home and arrives at aanchals house.
she knocks on the door, and theres no answer--she tries a few more times and ramu kaka--the servent answers the door.

ramu kaka!!! mai kabse knock karahi thi!

ramu kaka-- sorry sneha ji magar main kam mein masroof tha isliye maine pehli dafa nahin suna.

sneha--koi baat nahin--mujhe batoa ke humari begum sahiba kaisi hai aaj?

ramu kaka--begum sahiba?

sneha---haan, aanchal aur kaun.

suddenly ramu kaka's face becomes sad,
sneha senses something is wrong, aanchal ko kya hua ramu kaka?

ramu kaka tells her she has had a car accident and informs her of the hospital.

thanks ramu kaka, and she runs to her car and tells her driver to take her to the hospital.
sneha has tears in her eyes and is praying on the way--please bhagwan aanchal ki raksha karna--please dnt let anything happen to her.

she arrives at the hospital and goes to the icu eard and finds mona and raj sitting in a bad state outside.

sneha runs over.

auntie, yeh aanchal ko kya hua? yeh sab achanak kaise? her boice is breaking as she bursts into tears.

mona--abhi to sirf yeh maloom hai, ke she's had an accident, abhi woh behosh hai and she in a critical condition and she starts to cry again,.
auntie, please madh ro, and puts an arm across her shoulders.
aanchal ko kuch nahin hoga.
she see's Raja nd says = uncle, aap aur auntie ghar chalejao, aap dono ko aram ki zaroorat hai,

Mona--magar aanchal--

sneha--magar kuch nahin!! agar aanchal ko hosh aya and sees you guys in this state what will happen then? ap to jaante hai ke aanchal ap ki aankhon mein ansoon nahin dekhsakti.
main yaha tehrthi hoon aanchal ke paas aur agar kuch hua, mai foren aap ko batadoongi acha?

Mona and Raj are leaving when sneha says :- Auntie, kya aap ne vansh ko bataya hai?

Raj--Vansh? he shakes his head, hum pareshani mein bhoolgay they, tum usko phone karlena bete acha? hum chalte hai aur shaam ko lautenge.

Sneha takes out her mibile and rings Vansh.

Vansh--hello sneha, kaisi hai meri honi wali saali? he laughs,
senha--vansh, aanchal...
Vanch--kyaa? woh ab bhi mujhse naraaz hai? maine usko kaha tha ke sirf kuch din ke baat hai aur ...
SNEHA cuts him midway--yeh baat nahim hai vansh--she says tears rolling down her face,
Vansh,--kya baat hai sneha? tum kyun rorahi ho? aanchal teek tho hai?

SNEHA-- Nahin vansh, and tells him everything
VANSH =KYAA?!! aanchal hospital mein hai aur woh bhi critiical condition mein?

sneha--please vansh tum foren mumbai aao and hangs up, she goes towards aanchals room and looks through the window as no one is allowed,

Vansh packs his bags and calls the ticket office to book a flight to mumbai.


VANSH IS AANCHALS MANGETAR, THeY HAD THEIR SIGHAAI A FEW MNTHS BACK AND ARE VERY MUCH IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER.
VANSH HAD JOINED AANCHALS COLLEGE AND THE TWO HAD MANY ENCOUNTERS===aanchal and vansh walking through the corridors when someone steals her book and throws it at vansh who catches it.
aanchal thinks it vansh and has a go at him. BUT SLOWLEY THEY BECAME CLOSE DUE TO FATE--IN CLASS THEY WERE MADE TO PAIR UP FOR SCIENCE PROJECTS AND OTHER SUBJECT ASSIGNMENTS AND WHILST STUDYING TOGETHER, THEY BECAME INSEPERATABLE.-====aanchal and vansh lying in each others arms in the garden in a summers day and are laughing and smiling and get up ans are chasing each other with a water hose. tears fall down vansh faces as he remembers those moments he shared with aanchal
