Part 35:
Khanak on the other hand….came back home crying…..Natasha and Shaan hugging still flashed in her mind ….she ran to her room and clasped on the bed…..shantanu our Natasha ji aik saath …..office main yeh sab kya tha…..apne kaam ki waja se prishaan thi…lakin muj sey koi baat nain ki …our Natasha ji sey sab share kar liya…wo dono dost hain lakin mujey itna bura kyun lag raha hai…...she cried on her pillow…..
Shantanu came back from office and ….he was smiling at the thought of spending some time alone with khanak after a long time…….he walked to dinner table was in happy mood….khanak saw him smiling after many days…Natasha and shantanu's hug flashed in her eyes….shayad Natasha ji sey baat kar key halka mehsoos kar rahey hain ….ais liye itna khush hain …..
She walked away with pain in her eyes….he felt her avoiding him …not looking him in the eyes…..and left without serving him …..he walked to kitchen…but she called hari lal in the kitchen to avoid him ….shantanu felt his blood boiling and stormed out in anger…..
After a while….he walked out of his room and saw her standing near the sofa … everyone else engrossed in talking ….. he quietly walked down and covered her mouth with his hand and dragged her out to the pool side.,…..
She pushed him away and yelled ….kya hai….our mujey yahan ais taran laney kya matlab hai …..
Shantanu: (with anger in his eyes)….tum muj sey baat kyun nain kar rahee …..mujsey nazarin chora rahee ho…..main janta ho main tum per gussa howa…lakin ….she cut him
Khanak: mujey app sey koi baat nain karne…mujey janey do…she turned to go…but he pulled her back with force….
Shantanu: baat kyun nain karni…hm….aisa kya kar diya hain main ne jo ais taran behave kar rahe ho….tum office ai lakin mujse mile bina chale giye…mujse nazarin chora rahi our…baat nain karti ho…hmmm…...she jerked his hands from her arms
Khanak: main baat nain kartii…baat tu app nain kartee……han main office ai thi …app ko our Natasha ji ko gale lagta dekha main ney(his expression softens) …..kya karti wahan karey ho kar intzar katii…kab app Natasha ji sey baat khatam kartey ……our kab meri taraf dekhtay…..anger on his face changed into confusion……
Shantanu: Natasha …he asked her in confusion ……
Khanak: han Natasha…..jab se wo ai hai….merey liye app key paas waqt nain hai…..adi raat ko baat karni hai tu app uskey paas jatey ho…..baat karni hai tu Natasha…..lunch karna hai tu Natasha…..office jana hai tu Natasha…..gale lagna hai tu Natasha…..apni problem share karni hai tu Natasha…..tu phir mera kya matlab banta hai app se baat karne ka …sab baatian tu app us se kar letey ho……
Shantanu: stop it khanak ….kya Natasha Natasha laga rhaki hai tum…tum Natasha ko humare beach main kyun la rahi ho …acha tumne yeh sab tu dekh lakin yeh nain dekha key tumhara pati preshan hai…..tumey yeh nain pocha ki kya baat hai …..tumey tu sirf do kaam hain…aik kitchen main busy rehna our dosra khusi ki saath busy rehan ….merey liye tumharey paas waqt nain hai samji tum…..
Khanak: (was hurt by his accusation) ….main ai thi app ki paas….lakin app ney koi baat nain ki….our ais ghar main …main apni kuch jaga baney ki koshish kar rahee hon..jis ghar main mujey koi pasand nain karta…… koshish kar rahee hon ki main apni family our apne pati ko khush rhak sakon….our aap ko apni patni sey pehley kissi our ki yaad ai apni problem share karney ki liye…..tears streamed on her creamy cheeks….he held her from her shoulders….
Shantanu: aise baat nain hai khanak …plz meri baat suno…..he placed his hand on her cheeks to wipe the tears…he placed his forehead on her and whispered..aisee baat nain hai khanak plz meri baat ko samjo…he wiped her tears ….he pressed his lips into her cheek but she pushed him away and ran inside…..khanak ruko..khanak…he tried to stop her…..he kicked in the air in frustration…..damn it yaar sab garbar ho raha hai…..our yeh adi raat wali kya baat hai……then he remembered them talking at night…..oh god…tu khanak ne hume dekha us raat ..our aaj hum dono ko office main aik saath dekh kar…..sab galat samj rahee hai….damn it yaar…sari galti mere hai .main hi stupid harkatian karta ho……kya jarorat thi Natasha ko cheer up karne ki wo bhi raat ko……shaan beta tu stupid , nain wo kyat ha….han…buhat bara burthal hai…..
At night she walked into their room…shantanu wasn't in the room …she took out her night suit and stand in front of the mirror ….she took her dupatta off and her hands reached to untie the dhori of her kameez…..he walked out of the bathroom and saw her struggling with the dhori and walked to her…..she saw him through the mirror….main karta ho…he offered her his help…she moved her head sideways in no and turned to go ….he pulled her by her waist , she bumped into his chest…he opened her dhori … his face buried in her hairs, he whispered in her ear….plz khanak mujse baat karo…..his hands travelled on her shoulder down to her arms....…she snapped out , took her clothes and walked away….he closed his eyes, he was hurt by her ignorance…..she came out and laid on the other side of the bed ..Facing away from him……
Next morning ...they still haven't talked to each other since last night… she got up before him ….he walked downstairs ….
Shantanu: khanak aaj hamey dosri factory ki office main jana hai…to ja kar tayar ho jio…..
Khanak: nodded her head sideways…..kya mera jana zarori hai….mara wahan kya kam…main tu aik gawar hon…mujey in sab cheezon ki kya samj…wesay bhi mujey office ki bation ka kya pata…main tu app ki ais baat main koi madat nain karsakte…aap Natasha ji ko saath li jio...wo shayad app ki kuch madat karden…...she taunted him ….he tightened his jaw in anger ……
Shantanu: khanak yeh aik important project hai our tumhara jana zarori hai…(he lied)….so go and get ready samji…he ordered her with a stern look …she reluctantly left……Madhvi saw their angry interaction and sensed some tension between them …..she felt bad for both of them ….she has started to like khanak….she love to see them running after each other like tom and jerry…..she enjoy their childish fights….rotna manana….she saw them walking out in silence and hoped that this one day might solve their problem…..
Shantanu and khanak both were quite throughout the ride to the factory….shantanu kept glancing at her from time to time….and saw her gloomy face and felt bad…..he was missing her smile….her one smile that make him forget the world around him….her one smile that brighten his day….her one smile that makes his heart skip a beat….he was missing her smile….(in his mind) i promise khanak main tumhari smile wapas la kar raho ga….hum ghar hustey howey jian ge…I promise…..
