how do you increase the I-F ratings?

Can someone please tell me how to increase the rating on the India-Forum main page for the show. It currently has SLB as a decreasing 25 😕

guys use the chaska meter..................

to increase ratings of laadli on IF..........

its just below the description o0f show and left to the casting of show list......

I too have seen that meter but what do we do with it ??
