Help!  What does the title mean?  I'm guessing it's a reference to another fictional character? Who or what is a gopala?

no tam gopala we used as a synonym for Lord Krishna.
Go+Pal
go means cow
pal means person who takes care of
nd lord krishna was always savour of cows so we cal him Gopal.

Nd Gopi is a term used for the ladies who were devotee of Lord Krishna, mesmerized by his flute n Their Lord Loved them all.

So gopi ka gopala means wil Aham love His Wife n wil become HerGopal as she is a Gopi.

Makes sense... I don't know what's harder, learning the language or the Hindu religion. All so confusing to me... Is 'khanaji' the same as Krishna? If you want, you can answer in a pm. Thanks!

yup...Lord Krishna has so many names.....and one of them is Kanha also....
others are
Gopal, Damodar, Giridhar, Murli Wale etc...
and there is a story for each of his name by which we call him.....
