Dill Mill Gayye means...the love between every character... Armaan, Riddhima, Atul, Anjali, Rahul, Muskaan, Abhi, Nikki, Kirti, Shubhankar, Shashank, Padma, Sister Lovely, Nana, Minni, Dhruv, Naani, etc..

its the relationships, whether romantic or brotherly/sister, that makes Dill Mill Gayye SO perfect... its the "YES WE CAN" attitude of these interns and doctors that makes me fall in love DILL MILL GAYYE over and over again...

these individuals, through the fights andin the midst of arguments,start loving and respecting each other...and these two things are essential for any dill to mill.. love and respect...

last, but not the least, Dill Mill Gayye means different personalities coming together and falling in love with each other..i.e, Armaan and Riddhima, Atul and Anjali, Rahul and Muskaan, Nikki and Abhi, Kirti and Shubhankar, Shashank and Padma, every character is opposite of their match and thatz the reason they are so PERFECT together and the reason for their dill to become one.....
